WatsonTalent connects businesses with pre-vetted remote professionals in areas like Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Administrative Support. Our services include:
Talent discovery and shortlisting
Onboarding coordination
Payment and retention support
Ongoing client success communication
We are not the legal employer of the professionals unless explicitly stated.
3. User Obligations
As a client or visitor, you agree to:
Provide accurate and lawful information
Use the platform for professional purposes only
Comply with any agreements made with remote professionals
Not misuse or interfere with our site’s operation
4. Payment Terms
Services are billed as per custom agreement (e.g., monthly fees for consultants)
Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways
Late payments may result in service suspension or legal action
You are responsible for any local taxes or regulatory fees
5. Consultant Engagement
All professionals are contractually bound to NDAs and code of conduct agreements. You may request exclusivity or IP ownership depending on the terms of your engagement.
Watson is not liable for work disputes, IP violations, or misconduct unless directly involved under a managed service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed:
All website content, brand elements, and IP remain the property of WatsonTalent
Work delivered by consultants may be transferred based on client agreement terms
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited
