UI/UX Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a UI/UX Engineer to join a client engagement focused on designing intuitive, high-quality digital experiences. You will work closely with the client and engineering team to translate product requirements into thoughtful user flows, polished interfaces, and implementation-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and polished user experiences for web applications and digital products.

• Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Own the UI/UX process from concept through to developer handoff.

• Design responsive interfaces across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

• Create and maintain design systems, reusable components, and visual guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.

• Review existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve usability and user experience.

• Present design decisions clearly and deliver high-quality work within timelines with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are a must.

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or a similar role.

• Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools.

• Experience designing responsive web applications, SaaS products, dashboards, or digital platforms.

• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, visual design, and design systems.

• Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Experience working closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, React, or similar frontend technologies is an advantage.
