About the role

You’ll be responsible for planning and conducting user research across key product areas. This includes interviews, usability testing, and synthesizing insights into clear recommendations for product and design teams.

What you’ll do

– Plan and run qualitative and quantitative research
– Conduct user interviews and usability tests
– Analyze behavior and identify patterns
– Translate insights into actionable recommendations
– Work closely with product and design teams

What we’re looking for

– 3+ years of experience in UX research
– Strong qualitative research skills
– Ability to synthesize and communicate insights clearly
– Experience working with product teams
– Comfortable working in a remote environment

Nice to have

– Experience with analytics tools
– Experience in SaaS or digital products
– Basic understanding of product metrics

How we work

We’re a remote-first team working across Europe and the US. Most communication is async, with a few regular syncs. Research is integrated into product development, not treated as a separate function.
