About the role

You’ll be responsible for product language and UI copy across key flows. The focus is on clarity, consistency, and making the product easier to understand and use.

What you’ll do

– Write and improve UI copy across the product
– Define tone and voice guidelines
– Work with design on flows and interactions
– Improve onboarding and key user journeys
– Maintain consistency across product language

What we’re looking for

– 2–4 years in UX writing or content design
– Strong writing and editing skills
– Ability to simplify complex ideas
– Experience working with product and design teams
– Comfortable working remotely

Nice to have

– Experience in SaaS or digital products
– Understanding of user experience principles
– Experience building content guidelines

How we work

We’re a remote-first team across Europe and the US. Work is mostly async, with a few regular syncs. Content is part of the product, not an afterthought.
