About the role

You’ll be responsible for growing organic traffic through content and technical improvements. The focus is on building sustainable search visibility and improving rankings across key pages.

What you’ll do

– Run keyword research and define content opportunities
– Optimize existing pages for search
– Work with content and product teams on new pages
– Improve technical SEO (structure, performance, indexing)
– Track rankings, traffic, and conversions

What we’re looking for

– 2–4 years of SEO experience
– Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO
– Ability to work with data and identify opportunities
– Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, GSC, etc.)
– Comfortable working remotely

Nice to have

– Experience with SaaS or digital products
– Basic understanding of content strategy
– Familiarity with analytics tools

How we work

We’re a remote-first team across Europe and the US. Work is mostly async. SEO is closely connected to content and product, focusing on long-term growth rather than short-term tactics.
